I want to talk a little bit about the Law of Attraction.
As you know, I am a life coach and I am certified as a Law of Attraction life coach.
I help others who have a dream – things that they’re wanting to achieve in their life – to be able to leverage this universal principle – or law as it’s called – Law of Attraction – to materialise their dream into their life.
Law of Attraction is an attraction or inclusion phenomenon – that’s going on all the time.
We don’t see it – but we experience the effects of it in our everyday lives.
It’s a little bit like how – in our physical world – we experience this thing called gravity – which is going on all the time.
Gravity is something that operates & governs everything on our earth.
And we have to all adapt to it & work with it – we live by it – it governs us.
And we accept it – we can’t actually see it – but it’s there – it’s operating all the time.
And we have to be respectful & mindful of it in our everyday living.
If I have something in my hand that I’m holding up in the air & then decide that I want to put it down on the table – rather than just letting go of it from up in mid-air – I have to be mindful & gentle about the way that I place that thing down – if I don’t want it to crash on the table -because of the fact that gravity is also operating!
And so too – it is with the Law of Attraction – it’s there – operating all the time – even though we can’t see it.
We need to be mindful of it & to work with it – because otherwise it can have the opposite effect to what we actually want!
Law of Attraction is the same for every single person on the earth. It’s doesn’t discriminate in who it works for & who it doesn’t.
We all have it at our fingertips to use if we so choose.
And in fact – we’re using it all the time anyway – whether we’re conscious of it or not.
In order for us to be able to leverage it in a successful way for ourselves though – we really need to be able to understand how it operates.
And basically – that is – whatever we have our focus on – is going to be included into our experience.
So – it’s really about what you have your attention on.
If you’ve got your attention on something that you do want – it’s going to be included into your experience – which is awesome!
But quite often – what happens though – as we go about our everyday life – there’s so many distractions – things demanding that our attention go in all sorts of different directions!
The phone rings, 100’s of emails arrive in your inbox, someone arrives at the door, news alerts pop up in your view etc.
And it scatters your attention & begins to include all sorts of things into your experience – & many of them you may not necessarily even want!!
Who wants more of the fear & uncertainty that is constantly being announced on the news of late?
Not me!! – but if I let my attention be fixed on that news – Law of Attraction will include more of that to my experience.
You really have to be mindful of where your mind and your attention goes – because of the way the Law of Attraction operates!
So – ask yourself – what am I thinking about and putting my attention on right now?
Is this something that I want to have included into my experience?
Is this going to be useful to me?
And if your answer is no – then you have the power to choose something different.
So – it really becomes about being mindful of – & managing – what you put your attention on. I wanted to remind you of this today.
And I’m wondering, are you getting caught up in thinking about and allowing your attention to be on stuff that you don’t want?
