Last week – I talked about how the Law of Attraction – includes – to our experience – what we have our attention on & the fact that it’s working & operating for us all the time!
So – to manifest things in our life that we’re really wanting for ourselves – we need to be mindful – in an ongoing way – about the Law of Attraction going on in the background – that’s picking up everything that we’ve got our attention on.
And then – keep our attention on what we do want to have included into our experience!
There’s a bit of an ‘art’ to doing that though & a whole lot of – what I call – ‘Attraction Staying-power’ needed – that doesn’t necessarily come easily at first!
I soon found that out when I was new to learning about the Law of Attraction!
I was so excited about the Law of Attraction & I really wanted to master using it for myself!
But being disciplined enough to live – so mindfully – was not at all natural for me!
It was really hard to stop myself from being distracted & instead get my attention to stay fixed on what I wanted to have included to me & to be ‘positive’ & stay on track to my dream.
Frankly – I really struggled to stay with the program!
One of the misconceptions about the Law of Attraction is that it’s only picking up your thoughts!
But it’s also picking up on the feelings you’re experiencing through your whole being!
And so – even when I did manage to get my mind on something positive – the majority of my being was actually feeling a lot of effort & struggle!
And given that there’s no on-off switch to turn off the Law of Attraction – that effort & struggle – was what I kept including into my experience!
It was so frustrating & discouraging!

This experience led me to ask – “How can I do this – so that it’s easy & graceful?”
Thankfully – I’ve learnt a LOT since then!!
In particular – that –
We need to work with the Law of Attraction as – a way of life – our new way of life – if we want to really be able to hook into the power of it & make it work for us.
So that means accepting that it’s a whole new way of doing things & then practising it to the point where it becomes a part of you – in the same way that you would build any new habit.
There are so many things that I’ve practised over the years – that I can now do – pretty much on automatic pilot!
There are certain dishes that I cook – for example – that – because I’ve made that dish so many times before – I don’t even have to get out a recipe – I don’t even really need to put much thought into the process of it – or how much of each ingredients goes into it – because I’ve done it so many times – the process is now built into me & feels really easy & automatic.
And really – that’s the kind of destination that we want to arrive at – with being able to put the Law of Attraction to use for ourselves – isn’t it?
Rather than having to work hard to do it – the process gets ‘built in’ – & then becomes automatic for us!

When that’s the case – it’s easy to stay powerfully on the track to your dream & produce great manifesting results – consistently!!
To build this new way of doing things into your life – so that it becomes automatic – you’ll need to set things up in a way that will be supportive & provide you with the best conditions for you to succeed.
The best conditions for your success will depend to a large degree on what things trigger you to fall off track – I’ll be talking about that some more next week.
